TERMS OF SERVICE
Simple backgrounds are included in the price. Detailed backgrounds included in commissions cost extra in flat + shaded commissions.
Please ask me if you're unsure about what a simple/complex bg entails.References are highly recommended but not required. The more specific/detailed about what you want will help a lot.

Payment
Payments can be done through PayPal, Ko-Fi, or Venmo. (USD)
At least 50% of the payment must be made before any work is done.
High-res, un-watermarked files of finished work will not be delivered until full payment is made.Refund Policy
Refunds are not available unless the artist decides they cannot fulfill the commission and no work has been done. Will not refund the commission after it is completed.Cancellation
If you need to cancel a commission, you may do so. If no work has been done, a full refund can be issued. If work has been done, at least 50% of the payment will be kept.Copyright
The artist withholds the copyright to all images produced. The client does not gain copyright through purchasing the commission. The client may repost the image to social media accounts with credit to the artist.Reproduction/Reselling
The client may not use any commission purchased for reproduction or merchandise unless discussed with the artist. Any and all reproduction or reselling of the work will be reported and will have legal action taken against it if needed.Content/Edits
The artist reserves the right to refuse any idea or request.
The client can request as many changes as they want to the sketch and can tell me to fix details during the process.
